Harriet Dyer is an award-winning comedian, writer and mental health advocate. She won the Channel 4 Sean Lock Comedy Award in 2024 and has appeared on Live at the Apollo, 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown, The Russell Howard Hour and Comedy Central Live, as well as multiple BBC radio shows.
Since becoming a full-time comedian in 2013, Harriet has performed several acclaimed solo shows at the Edinburgh Fringe and tours comedy clubs and festivals across the UK. She is known for her sharp wit, honesty, and unique perspective shaped by her lived experience of bipolar disorder. Harriet also created the monthly mental-health-focused comedy night Barking Tales and is the author of Bipolar Comedian.
